Job summary

CAE is seeking an MPL Training Manager to lead the delivery of CAE’s flagship MPL and easyJet training programmes at the London Gatwick Training Centre in Crawley, ensuring compliance with ATO approvals, syllabi, and CAE standards. This role reports to the Manager Training Services and works with the Head of Training, CAE Standards, and customer stakeholders to deliver an exceptional training experience.

The ideal candidate holds ICAO-compliant pilot licences and has proven ATO delivery

Qualifications

• Hold, or have held, an ICAO-compliant professional pilot licence (ATPL, CPL, MPL) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure MPL and easyJet training activities are delivered in compliance with ATO approvals, manuals, syllabi, SOPs, and customer requirements.
