Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Moves & Small Works Manager to lead MAC projects in London. You will oversee all MAC projects, manage small works, coordinate with supply chain, and report on performance and finances to maximize value for clients.

Ideally you bring strong client communication, cost control, space planning creativity, and a solid grounding in sustainability and contract governance. This role requires independent work and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing fit-out, strip-out and small works projects.
• Solid knowledge of Move (Porterage) and furniture supply chains.
• Understanding of Sustainability and the Circular Economy."
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
• Proficiency in data analysis (Excel).
• Experience implementing MAC Framework Agreements/Quotations/Variations and contract governance.
• Experience with reporting on financial trends.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee all MAC projects, including Small Works, ensuring MAC standards and client requirements.
• Client Interface: Act as the primary client contact for move and change activities and space utilization.
• Supply Chain Management: Guide selection and management of the supply chain for cost-effectiveness.
• Reporting & Analysis: Provide timely reports on project activities, performance metrics, and finances.
• Financial Acumen: Drive revenue, maximise profit margins, and ensure contractual compliance.
• Space Planning & Design: Provide space planning to enhance client workflows.
• Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to QHSE standards.
• Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success.
