Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in London seeks a MAC Project Manager to drive Moves, Adds & Changes for client projects. You will oversee all MAC and Small Works, coordinate with supply chains, and deliver safe, on-budget outcomes while maintaining high client service levels.

You will manage budgets, report performance metrics, and lead space planning initiatives to optimise client work environments. Strong MAC framework experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing fit-out, strip-out and small works projects.
• Strong knowledge of moves (Porterage) and furniture supply chains.
• Understanding of Sustainability and the Circular Economy.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and commercial terms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; data analysis (Excel).
• Experience with MAC Framework Agreements/Quotations/Variations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MAC projects including Small Works, ensuring compliance with MAC standards and client requirements.
• Act as primary client contact for all move and change activities, fostering strong relationships and ensuring efficient space utilization.
• Guide the selection and management of the supply chain, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide accurate and timely reports on project activities, performance metrics, and financials.
• Drive revenue generation, maximise profit margins, and ensure projects adhere to contracts.
• Provide innovative space planning solutions to enhance client workflows and environments.
• Ensure all projects adhere to QHSE standards and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
