Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a MAC Project Manager based in Bristol (Filton) to lead end-to-end administrative and operational support for MAC and Space Management clients. You will manage furniture orders, track shipments, and coordinate delivery and setup with site teams.

The role involves direct interaction with suppliers, space management requests, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with MAC Playbook and quality standards.

Qualifications

• AutoCAD 2020+ experience (basic)
• Space planning experience in a corporate environment (preferred)
• Experience managing corporate moves
• Experience managing onsite supply chains
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Proficient in MS Office and data handling

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of furniture orders: ordering, tracking, delivery and setup.
• Serve as direct contact for furniture suppliers and coordinate deliveries.
• Book delivery personnel and installation crews with building management.
• Maintain furniture stock lists and conduct routine store audits.
• Log and manage Space Management requests with full details and plans.
• Provide general admin support to the Space Management team.
