Job summary

Pickfords is seeking a dynamic Move Manager to oversee door-to-door client shipments for corporate accounts. You will deliver outstanding service, coordinate with agents and internal teams, and monitor operational data in our Navision system.

You should bring at least two years in customer service, strong communication, and a proactive, flexible approach. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and a well-established national brand.

Qualifications

• Two years’ customer service experience or more.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with standard office software and CRM use.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment of individual client goods for corporate accounts.
• Provide complete customer service in line with KPI’s and contract requirements.
• Liaise with agent network and internal departments for operations.
• Handle financials and documentation through the Navision system.
• Ensure adherence to contracted rates and service specifications.
• Support with PMR processing and related admin tasks.
