Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience providing track support within motorsport.
• Experience configuring and managing motorsport data logging systems (F1 SECU).
• Experience with automotive electronic systems, CAN and sensing technologies.
• Understanding of electrical schematics and wire harnessing.
• Familiarity with high voltage systems on hybrid or electric vehicles.
• Ability to plan and manage own workloads.
• Clear and concise communication, verbally and via email.
• Self-motivated, innovative and able to work unsupervised to deadlines.
• Strong IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positively contribute to an open and inclusive culture.

• Preparation of the electronic systems for events.
• Support the operation of the electronic systems at events.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliable calibration of electronic systems.
• Follow trackside operations and procedures correctly.
• Resolve faults in electronic systems.
• Help continuously improve operational processes and procedures.
