Job summary

The Cadillac Formula 1 Team is seeking an Electronics Support Engineer to join our new Silverstone facility. You will own the electronic systems and hardware used to support car operation and ensure precision across calibration and data integrity.

You will collaborate with a high-performance team, manage workload efficiently, and operate in a challenging environment at race events. A degree in engineering and motorsport experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Experience providing trackside support within motorsport
• Experience with configuration and management of motorsport data logging systems (F1 SECU)
• Experience with automotive electronic systems, CAN and sensing technologies
• Understanding of electrical schematics and wiring harnessing
• Familiarity with high voltage systems on hybrid/electric vehicles
• Ability to plan and manage own workloads
• Clear and concise communication (verbal and email)
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised under deadlines
• Strong IT skills (MS Office)
• Contribute to an open and inclusive culture
