Job summary

Halfords in Banbury is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver car parts fitting and cycle servicing in-store and in the car park. You’ll assist customers with questions, driving sales and ensuring high service standards with our training program.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in retail, develop practical repair skills, and benefit from training, store discounts, and a supportive career path within Halfords.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in a retail environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Good problem solving and quick thinking under pressure.
• Ability to work on a rota including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver car parts fitting and cycle servicing in-store and in customers' vehicles in the car park.
• Assist customers with product questions and tailor recommendations to needs.
• Support a wide range of fitting services and maintain high service standards.
