Job summary

Halfords in Staffordshire is seeking a part-time Retail Specialist to deliver car parts fitting and cycle services. You will engage customers in-store and in our car park, providing expert advice and quick, friendly service.

Experience in retail sales and a proactive approach to customer needs are preferred. Training is provided to develop product knowledge and sales skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in retail sales.

• Availability to work on a rota, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and servicing.
• Assist customers in-store and in the car park to drive sales.
