Job summary

Halfords in the United Kingdom is seeking a customer-focused colleague to deliver car parts fitting, cycle repair and in-store service. You’ll assist customers, help them choose parts, fit items in-store or in the car park, and support rapid, practical problem solving in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience in retail sales is helpful, but full training is provided. You’ll work on a rota including weekends and enjoy generous staff discounts and benefits that support your career in motoring

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with car parts and cycle-related fittings in-store and in the car park.
• Carry out car parts fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing, with training provided.
• Support high standards of service and help customers find the right solutions.
