Halfords is seeking a customer-focused team member to help with car parts fitting, cycle repair and in-store service. You will interact with customers in-store and in our car park, delivering high-quality service and helping customers find the right solutions for their motoring and cycling needs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Some knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair (beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in car parts fitting and cycle repair services in-store and in the car park.
• Deliver market-leading standards of service with enthusiasm and efficiency.
• Support training to develop required skills for the role.
