Job summary

Halfords is seeking an energetic retailer to deliver car parts fitting, bike servicing and related services in-store and in our car park. You will engage customers with enthusiasm and provide market-leading service while completing a range of fitting tasks and services.

Experience in retail sales and a proactive, customer-focused approach are valued, with training provided to develop skills and progress within the group. Weekend rota availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in retail sales.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding needs.
• Problem solving skills and ability to work on a rota including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing.
• Work with customers in-store and in car park delivering services to a high standard.
• Develop practical problem-solving skills and work quickly and efficiently.
