Job summary

Halfords is seeking a customer-focused team member to perform car parts fitting and cycle servicing in-store and in the car park. You will help customers with product choices and deliver high service standards. Training will develop your repair and fitting skills while you grow with the business.

Experience in retail is helpful, with a proactive approach to meet customers' needs. You’ll work on weekends as part of a rota, joining a leading motoring and cycling retailer in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in retail is preferred.
• Proactive in helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assist cars and bikes quickly.
• Willingness to work on a rota including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing in-store and in the car park.
• Assist customers with products and services to exceed expectations.
• Develop practical skills through Halfords training and apply to daily tasks.
