• Previous working experience as an Aftersales Advisor, Service Advisor or Parts Advisor.
• Confident in upselling.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet service customers and identify their requirements.
• Take motorcycle Aftersales Department bookings.
• Advise customers on additional work and gain authorization for that work.
• Source and supply parts, liaising with the workshop.
