Job summary

Recruited UK requires an experienced Automotive professional to train and mentor learners and apprentices, sharing industry knowledge to help them gain qualifications and progress their careers. You will support, advise and guide through their training journey.

Responsibilities include managing a caseload, delivering face-to-face and blended learning, assessing work, tracking KSBs, and contributing to Internal Quality Assurance while keeping accurate records and developing engaging materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' vocational experience within the Automotive sector.
• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in teaching, learning and assessment
• Qualified, or working towards, a Diploma in Education and Training or equivalent
• Knowledge of Internal Quality Assurance (IQA)
• Understanding of Ofsted and teaching and learning quality standards
• Excellent communication, coaching and learner engagement skills
• Strong organisational and caseload management skills
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital learning platforms
