Job summary

RecruitedUK is seeking a Skills Development Tutor specialising in Automotive & IQA for a hybrid role in Greater Manchester. You will manage learner caseloads, deliver blended learning, develop materials and support quality assurance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in automotive, 1-2 years in teaching, and a DET or equivalent, or willingness to pursue one; strong communication and digital skills are essential. Right to work in the UK required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' vocational Automotive industry experience.
• 1-2 years' teaching, learning and assessment experience.
• Diploma in Education and Training (DET) or equivalent, or willingness to pursue one.
• Experience working within quality and Ofsted standards.

Skills Development Tutor - Automotive & IQA

Salary: Up to £35,000 per year

Location: Greater Manchester - Hybrid

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Automotive professional with a passion for teaching, coaching and developing others?

We have a fantastic opportunity and looking for a Skills Development Tutor specialising in Automotive and Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) to join a growing education and skills team.

You’ll work with learners across a range of programmes, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to progress in their careers.

The Role
