Job summary

RecruitedUK is seeking an experienced automotive professional to support, advise and guide learners and apprentices toward their qualifications and career progression.

You will manage a caseload, plan and deliver blended learning, assess work and provide feedback while developing engaging training materials and participating in IQA activities. DBS checks and UK right-to-work are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Automotive sector
• Minimum 1–2 years teaching, learning and assessment
• Qualified or working towards Diploma in Education and Training
• Knowledge of IQA and Ofsted standards
• Excellent communication and learner engagement skills
• Strong organisational and caseload management skills
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and digital platforms

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a caseload of learners
• Plan and deliver face-to-face and blended learning
• Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback
• Track Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSBs)
• Support learners to achieve timely progress and completion
• Develop engaging learning and training materials
• Participate in Internal Quality Assurance activities
• Maintain accurate learner and assessment records
• Complete relevant CPD for teaching
• Support continuous improvements in teaching, learning and assessment

Sharing your knowledge and industry experience with learners and apprentices, you will support, advise, and guide them through their training, helping them develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to achieve their qualifications and progress their careers.

Candidates must have the following skills, experience, and qualifications to be considered:

• Minimum 5 years' vocational experience within the Automotive sector
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in teaching, learning and assessment
• Relevant Automotive professional qualifications
• Qualified, or working towards, a Diploma in Education and Training or equivalent
• Knowledge of Internal Quality Assurance (IQA)
• Understanding of Ofsted and teaching and learning quality standards
• Excellent communication, coaching and learner engagement skills
• Strong organisational and caseload management skills
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital learning platforms

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and supporting a caseload of learners
