Job summary

Venatu Automotive are seeking an experienced Contracting Vehicle Technician (and / or MOT Tester) to join our contracting team, supporting a range of dealerships, independent garages, and fast-fit workshops across the West Midlands.

Qualifications

• Own tools and transport required.
• Ability to work across a variety of vehicle brands.
• Experience carrying out servicing, vehicle preparation, maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, maintaining and repairing vehicles to ensure reliability and roadworthiness.
• Completing job cards, maintenance records and associated paperwork accurately and clearly.
• Conducting routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Supporting general workshop duties as required to assist the wider team.

Skills

Full UK Driving Licence

Ability to work independently

Ability to work across brands

Education

Level 3 Qualification or above in Vehicle Maintenance service and Repair or equivalent

Monday to Fridays, 08:30am to 17:00pm

• Their own tools and transport
• The ability to work across a variety of vehicle brands
• Experience carrying out servicing, vehicle preparation, maintenance, and repairs

Key responsibilities

Skills and experience required

• Level 3 Qualification or above in Vehicle Maintenance service and Repair or equivalent.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Proven experience working as a service & repair technician in a workshop environment.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
