Job summary

Excel Resourcing in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a fully qualified Contract Vehicle Technician to join the workshop on an ongoing basis. You will carry out service, maintenance and repair work on a variety of motor vehicles, applying diagnostic skills and using your own tools.

The role operates Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30, and offers competitive hourly rates. The ideal candidate holds Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds, has a current UK driving licence, and demonstrates strong health and safety

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds or similar in the relevant disciplines.
• Experience carrying out repair and service work to a variety of vehicles.
• Ability to diagnose and rectify a wide range of mechanical & electrical vehicle faults.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices in the workshop.
• UK Driving License and possess your own tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a productive team.
• Time management and organizational skills.

CONTRACT VEHICLE TECHNICIAN – WESTON-SUPER-MARE

Position: Vehicle Technician

Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:30

Rate: £24.00 Per Hour (Outside IR35)

CONTRACT VEHICLE TECHNICIAN – THE ROLE

We are currently looking for fully qualified Vehicle Technicians to work at our client's workshop on an ongoing contractual basis. You will be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance and repair work on a wide range of motor vehicles. The contract is outside IR35 and the rate on offer is £24.00 per hour.
