Job summary

Venatu Consulting Ltd seeks a skilled Contracting Vehicle Technician (and/or MOT Tester) to join our contracting team across Wales. You will inspect, service, and repair a range of vehicles, maintain accurate paperwork, and support workshop operations in a busy, varied environment.

You must have a Level 3 Qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Qualification or above in Vehicle Maintenance service and Repair or equivalent.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Proven experience working as a service & repair technician in a workshop environment.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, maintaining and repairing vehicles to ensure reliability and roadworthiness.
• Completing job cards, maintenance records and associated paperwork accurately and clearly.
• Conducting routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Supporting general workshop duties as required to assist the wider team.

About the role

Venatu Automotive are seeking an experienced Contracting Vehicle Technician (and / or MOT Tester) to join our contracting team, supporting a range of dealerships, independent garages, and fast-fit workshops across Wales. We offer ongoing contractual placements with consistent work opportunities. Candidates must have:

• Their own tools and transport
• The ability to work across a variety of vehicle brands
• Experience carrying out servicing, vehicle preparation, maintenance, and repairs
