Job summary

Venatu Automotive is seeking a Contracting Vehicle Technician to join the contracting team across Wales and surrounding areas, including Cardiff, Newport and Swansea. The role offers an ongoing monthly rolling contract with daytime hours and no weekend work.

You will carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs across a range of brands, using your own tools and transport, in a busy workshop environment supporting multiple dealerships and independent garages.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Qualification or above in Vehicle Maintenance service and Repair or equivalent.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Proven experience working as a service & repair technician in a workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, maintaining and repairing vehicles to ensure reliability and roadworthiness.
• Completing job cards, maintenance records and associated paperwork accurately and clearly.
• Conducting routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Supporting general workshop duties as required to assist the wider team.

Venatu Automotive are seeking an experienced Contracting Vehicle Technician (and / or MOT Tester) to join our contracting team, supporting a range of dealerships, independent garages, and fast-fit workshops across Wales. We offer ongoing contractual placements with consistent work opportunities. Candidates must have:

• Their own tools and transport
• The ability to work across a variety of vehicle brands
• Experience carrying out servicing, vehicle preparation, maintenance, and repairs

Key responsibilities
