Silcom Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership group based in Paignton. This full-time role involves covering the main reception and providing support to the Service Advisor in a busy motor-trade environment.

You will handle warranty administration for two brands (no warranty experience required beyond transferable admin skills) and briefly cover Sales Admin if needed. Kerridge experience would be very beneficial.

Formación

• Motor trade experience is essential.
• Admin, reception or customer service experience preferred.
• Kerridge experience would be very beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Cover Main Reception and handle inbound calls.
• Provide support to Service Advisor during lunch breaks and busy periods.
• Warranty administration for two brands; no warranty experience needed, just transferable admin experience.
• Brief cover of Sales Admin if needed; transferable admin experience required.
