Silcom Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an established dealership group near Chester for two experienced Vehicle Sales Administrators. You will support the Sales department and Dealership Accountant, handling all sales paperwork, data entry and documentation to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

The role requires prior motor trade Sales Administration experience and preferably Kerridge systems knowledge.

Formación

• Previous experience in a Sales Administration role within the motor trade industry is essential.
• Kerridge system experience or similar is highly desirable.
• Excellent administration, typing and data entry skills.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the Sales department, ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out accurately, and within agreed timescales.
• Complete all sales related documents.
• Ensure customer satisfaction metrics are hit.
• Ensure all paperwork is fully compliant.
• Record purchases on the system.
• Demonstrate strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain excellent administration and data entry performance.
