Job summary

Silcom Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Service Receptionist at a dealer network with a Brighton site. You will welcome customers, book vehicles in for service, upsell where possible, and provide updates on progress.

You will allocate job cards and help ensure the department runs smoothly. Ideal candidates have face-to-face customer service experience, preferably in the motor trade, and familiarity with Kerridge or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have face-to-face customer service experience.
• Experience in motor trade is preferred.
• Familiarity with Kerridge or similar system is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer has the best experience possible.
• Welcoming customers into the business, booking their vehicle in for service, and upselling where possible.
• Provide progress updates on customers' vehicles and allocate job cards to ensure the smooth running of the department.
