Job summary

Silcom Recruitment in Stoke-On-Trent is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. You will support the sales department and help process vehicle orders and pre-delivery tasks.

You will liaise with the sales team, prepare invoicing, manage stock information, and coordinate transport for stock and sold units, with hours from 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. Experience in the motor trade and Kerridge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, preferably in the motor trade.
• Familiarity with Kerridge or similar motor-trade systems is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with the sales team and vehicle supply to process vehicle orders in line with the sales order.
• Completing all pre-delivery related administration.
• Working with the sales team and Sales Manager to complete sales invoicing, ensuring all costs are included.
• Entering vehicle job sheet details onto pinnacle system to ensure records regarding pre-delivery work hour’s requirements are accurate and up to date.
• Organising transportation and delivery of stock and sold units.
• Advising the sales team on matters regarding stock activity so that they are always aware of the current stock status.
