Job summary

Silcom Recruitment is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator for a Hereford-based role. You will support the sales team by completing all new and used vehicle sales administration, from locating the vehicle to invoicing, taxing and delivering paperwork.

The ideal candidate has motor trade experience and is a confident Kerridge user. This position is Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with benefits as part of a great package.

Qualifications

• Experience in motor trade is essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete all new & used sales administration tasks from locating the vehicle through invoicing, taxing and preparing the paperwork for delivery.
• Check and maintain reports such as vehicle debtor report, demo stock report and monthly demo write-downs.
• New vehicle stock ordering and management.
