Job summary

Confidential in Avonmouth, near Bristol, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy commercial vehicle operation. You will be the first point of contact for customers, book in vehicles for service, repair and maintenance, and liaise with workshop staff to relay updates.

You will handle customer queries and complaints professionally, raise job cards and invoices, and strive to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor in a Main Dealer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills and the ability to use internal systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience working within an automotive or commercial vehicle environment.
• Knowledge of vehicle service processes.
