INDBS is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy automotive service operation in Avonmouth, Bristol. The role involves meeting customers, booking in services, and coordinating with the workshop to ensure smooth updates and completed work.

The ideal candidate has proven Service Advisor experience in a main dealer or similar setting, excellent communication skills, and strong IT proficiency to navigate internal systems.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealer or similar environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with internal systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for customers in the service department.
• Book vehicles in for service, repair and maintenance.
• Liaise with workshop staff to relay updates clearly.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Raise job cards and invoices accurately.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
