Qualifications

• Experience in a motor trade administrative role or similar
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible, proactive attitude towards multitasking
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including file auditing, order preparation, invoicing and vehicle registration
• Manage and oversee the delivery process for sales vehicles
• Conduct document checks and ensure compliance with company standards
• Assist with vehicle ordering and invoicing tasks
• Maintain accurate records and logs to facilitate smooth workflow
