Gallagher is seeking a dynamic leader to head a corporate client motor recovery team, owning day-to-day management and ensuring service excellence. Qualifications

• Experience in motor claims handling in an insurance or legal setting.
• Experience leading teams and managing people.
• Direct experience hosting client meetings and managing client expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring a team of claims handlers, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Acting as the key link between claims handlers and management, ensuring clear communication.
• Overseeing the documentation of recovery procedures and client service reviews.
• Monitoring team performance, providing training, and addressing issues promptly.
• Managing high-profile or contentious cases with quality outcomes.
• Support financial targets by controlling the claim lifecycle and assisting with aged debt recovery.
