Job summary

Gerrard White is seeking an experienced Motor Claims Intervention Team Leader to manage a brand-new fully remote team. You will drive performance across a busy motor claims operation, owning team performance, workflow, customer outcomes and coaching for consistent high standards.

You will lead a remote team with monthly meetups in South East UK, supervising KPIs such as contact rates, conversion and quality, and participating in regular development reviews.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a motor claims intervention or motor claims team.
• Experience in a target-driven environment with KPI management.
• Strong coaching and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a remote team handling motor claims and intervention cases.
• Manage daily claims workflow, workloads, ageing and service levels.
• Drive timely customer contact, claims capture, intervention and conversion.
• Ensure accurate claim assessment and progression while monitoring KPIs.
• Run team huddles, 1-to-1s, coaching and performance reviews.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on performance and risks.
