Qualifications

• Experience in managing motor damage and credit hire claims.
• Solid understanding of insurance principles.
• Familiar with OICP and MOJ Portal Claims processes.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service.
• Team player who shares expertise.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of motor claims including damage, credit hire and injury cases.
• Oversee the entire claims process, making key decisions on fraud, liability and settlements.
• Collaborate with clients, brokers, suppliers and claimants through phone and email to deliver exceptional service.
• Mentor and support less experienced team members.
• Attend meetings to strengthen client relationships and surface opportunities for collaboration.
