HF is expanding its Motor team in Birmingham and seeks experienced Paralegals/Litigation Executives to manage a litigated caseload of small claims focusing on liability and vehicle damage. You will support other team members, draft documents, review quantum, and negotiate with third parties while keeping SLAs in mind.

Qualifikationen

• Experience handling litigated claims, preferably defendant cases.
• Familiarity with CPR and the SRA Code of Conduct.
• Knowledge of motor insurance and practical application.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with SLAs.

Aufgaben

• Draft documents, applications, offers, orders and directions.
• Attend telephone conferences and manage cases in line with SLAs.
• Review quantum and value damages; formalise case plans.
• Enter into telephone negotiations with third party solicitors and insurers.
• Liaise with insurer clients and lay clients.
