Qualifications

• Experience in handling litigated claims, preferably defendant cases.
• Familiarity with CPR and SRA Code of Conduct.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Run a litigated caseload of small claims matters.
• Draft documents, applications, offers, and orders.
• Attend telephone conferences and manage cases as per SLAs.
