4th Dimension Innovation Ltd. in Egham Thorpe is seeking a CMT Claims Handler to manage First Party and Third Party motorcycle claims through settlement, with a hybrid work model. You will handle inquiries, use standard tools, and coordinate with investigators to reach timely resolutions.

• Ability to simplify complex issues for customers.
• Strong understanding of escalation protocols and decision making.
• Comfortable managing a busy caseload with competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of First Party and Third Party claims, progressing to settlement.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails and letters to move claims forward.
• Screen claims for fraud indicators and risk factors.
• Use desktop tools to support claims decisions (MIAFTR, CUE, MID, DVLA).
• Liaise with field investigators and engineers as needed.
• Update reserves and NCIs at the appropriate stage.
• Operate within personal authority limits and escalate when required.
• Offer alternatives to claiming where commercially sensible.
