Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an experienced leader to head a corporate motor claims recovery team in the United Kingdom. You will coach and develop claims handlers, drive exceptional client service, and help achieve key performance targets.

You will work closely with management to ensure quality outcomes, oversee procedures, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. A proactive, flexible approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring a team of claims handlers to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Acting as the key link between claims handlers and management teams.
• Overseeing recovery procedure documentation and client service reviews.
• Monitoring team performance, providing training, and addressing issues.
• Managing high-profile or contentious cases with quality and care.
• Supporting financial targets by controlling the claim lifecycle and aged debt recovery.
