Qualifications

• Experience handling litigated motor claims, preferably for defendant cases.
• Familiarity with the CPR and the SRA Code of Conduct.

• Apply CPR and SRA rules to case management and conduct.
• Collaborate with a supportive motor volume team to progress cases.
