Responsibilities

• Take and manage FNOL enquiries as part of the caseload.
• Progress motor claims and vehicle repairs to resolution.
• Liaise with customers, repairers and other parties involved in the claim.
• Keep customers updated throughout the process and maintain records.
• Identify delays or issues and take action to move cases forward.
• Prioritise urgent and more complex cases; handle difficult conversations professionally.
