Keoghs LLP is seeking a claims handler to manage a mixed caseload of pre-litigated and litigated motor claims for corporate clients. The role focuses on efficient settlement, data accuracy, and collaboration with the team.

The position requires experience with pre-litigated matters and strong negotiation skills, with a hybrid working pattern in Liverpool. Solicitor/CILEX with rights is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience handling pre-litigated motor claims up to £25k and litigated claims up to £10k.
• Strong negotiation and settlement skills to manage claims efficiently.
• Ability to mentor and train junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseloads of pre-litigated motor claims up to £25k and litigated claims up to £10k.
• Identify cases suitable for early litigation with high prospects and low risk.
• Deliver high-quality service and productivity for corporate clients.
• Maintain accurate data entry and data hygiene; communicate with clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent service levels.
• Mentor and act as a technical referral point for the team.
