DEKRA Claims International UK Limited is seeking a Motor Claims Handler to support our international insurer clients across Europe. The role focuses on managing third-party motor claims from initial notification through to settlement, with emphasis on accurate liability assessment and timely resolution.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience

As a Motor Claims Handler, you will play a vital role in supporting our international insurer clients by managing third-party motor claims from first notification through to settlement.
You will investigate liability, liaise with insurers and stakeholders across Europe, identify potential fraud risks and ensure every claim is handled accurately, efficiently and with the highest level of customer care. You will have previous claims handling experience and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where attention to detail and excellent and open communication are essential. You are organised, analytical and able to manage a varied workload while maintaining exceptional service standards.
