Job summary

DEKRA Claims International UK Limited is seeking a Motor Claims Handler to support our international insurer clients across Europe. The role focuses on managing third-party motor claims from initial notification through to settlement, with emphasis on accurate liability assessment and timely resolution.

You will investigate evidence, liaise with insurers and stakeholders, and maintain thorough records while delivering high levels of customer care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage third-party motor claims from notification through settlement, ensuring excellent service.
• Investigate claims, assess liability, gather evidence and monitor progress for timely resolutions.
• Identify potentially fraudulent claims and escalate concerns as needed.
• Liaise with overseas insurer clients, DEKRA offices and stakeholders to provide updates and ensure effective handling.
• Maintain accurate claim records and comply with procedures and regulatory standards.
