Gallagher Bassett in Tamworth is seeking a dedicated Motor Claims Assessor (Motor Claims Adjuster) to guide commercial clients through the claims journey. You will manage a diverse motor claims portfolio and make decisions on settlements, liability and fraud.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and collaboration with clients, brokers and claimants. You will mentor peers and contribute to a team that delivers timely, fair outcomes.

• Oversee the entire claims process, making key decisions on fraud, liability and settlements.
• Collaborate with clients, brokers, suppliers and claimants through phone and email to deliver exceptional service.
• Mentor and support less experienced team members.
• Attend meetings to strengthen client relationships and surface opportunities for collaboration.
