MPJ Recruitment is working with a well-established organisation in Central Manchester to hire a Motor Claims Administrator. You will manage motor claims from start to finish, liaising with insurers, solicitors, repairers and internal teams to maintain progress and deliver excellent customer outcomes.

The package includes a basic salary of £29,080 with a performance bonus after probation and overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Managing and updating motor claims throughout their lifecycle.
• Accurately maintaining claims records and documentation.
• Liaising with insurers, solicitors, repairers, and other external partners.
• Chasing updates and ensuring claims are progressing as expected.
• Resolving issues and delays to keep cases moving forward.
• Providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Producing reports and supporting claims performance monitoring.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures.
• Supporting the wider claims team with administrative tasks and reporting.
