Aviva plc in Leeds is seeking a RTA Motability Claims Handler to manage personal injury claims from notification to settlement. You will assess claims, review evidence, and resolve disputes while delivering excellent customer service.

You'll join our Motability RTA team, helping customers achieve fair outcomes following road traffic accidents. You'll manage a varied caseload, assess claims, review evidence and resolve disputes. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll handle personal injury claims from first notification through to settlement. Your work will help us deliver excellent customer service while making sure claims are managed accurately and efficiently. You'll play an important role in supporting customers when they need us most.
