Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting an experienced MOT Tester for our independent automotive accident repair centre in Woolaston, Gloucestershire. The role offers a salary up to £37,200 per year, negotiable depending on experience, with Monday-to-Friday hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

You will carry out Class 4 MOT tests, diagnose faults, and perform servicing and repair work to high standards. A Class 4 MOT licence, UK driving licence, and solid diagnostic skills are essential for this

Qualifications

• Hold an active Class 4 MOT testing licence.
• Hold a full UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Ideal qualification: IMI or NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
• Time-served vehicle mechanic with an active MOT licence will also be considered.
• Demonstrate strong diagnostic and practical repair skills.
• Be a reliable team player with excellent communication skills.
• Previous MOT Tester experience is essential.

We are recruiting an experienced MOT Tester to join our independent automotive accident repair centre in Woolaston, Gloucestershire. This MOT Tester role offers a competitive salary of up to £37,200 per annum, negotiable depending on experience, alongside stable Monday-to-Friday working hours. Working as an MOT Tester within our friendly workshop team, you will report directly to the Business Owner and play an important role in maintaining high standards of vehicle safety and customer service.
