Job summary

Vertu Honda Plymouth is seeking a skilled MOT Tester to join our busy workshop. You will perform MOT tests, assist with servicing, and contribute to a safe, high-quality service for customers in a fast-paced dealership environment.

We offer up to £36,950 salary, a £2,000 sign-on bonus, a £2,000 retention bonus after 13 months, and a comprehensive benefits package including generous annual leave and career development opportunities within Vertu Motors.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid MOT Tester qualification.
• Possess a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out MOT tests in line with DVSA guidelines and regulations
• Completing vehicle servicing and maintenance work to manufacturer standards

• Providing clear and accurate reports on vehicle condition
• Supporting customer-focused solutions through quality workmanship
• Maintaining workshop efficiency and ensuring deadlines are achieved
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience

About The Role

As an MOT Tester, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' vehicles meet the highest standards of safety and compliance. Working alongside our experienced technicians, you'll also support servicing and maintenance activities where required.
