Perfect Placement is recruiting on behalf of our client for an MOT Technician based at their Rugby site. The role suits an experienced vehicle technician seeking stability, development, and a competitive salary.

Salary is £32,000 to £36,000 per annum with a 42.5-hour week (Mon-Fri and Saturdays on a rota). You will carry out servicing and MOT testing to high standards, work across multiple makes and models, and benefit from ongoing training and career progression in a well-established company.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Valid MOT Tester licence.
• Qualified Vehicle Technician with relevant qualifications.
• Experience in servicing, repairs and MOT testing.

Responsibilities

Duties of the MOT Technician:

• Performing wheel alignment and general workshop duties

• Ensuring tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and stored
• Providing excellent customer service and communication related to vehicle repairs and MOTs

Requirements of the MOT Technician:

• Full UK driving licence
