Job summary

LiveMore Mortgages is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Officer to support customers throughout the life of their mortgage. You will deliver excellent service, handling enquiries by phone, email or written communication and ensure accounts are accurately administered in line with LiveMore policies.

Responsibilities include regular servicing tasks, welcome letters, statements, payments and redemptions, plus risk-based checks such as occupancy verification, while maintaining regulatory compliance and

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in mortgages or loan management.
• Understanding of the regulatory landscape relating to data protection, Money Laundering and Treating Customers Fairly.
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Put the customer first by offering helpful, efficient and accurate service by phone, email or written correspondence.
• Seek first-time resolution where possible.
• Perform regular servicing tasks: welcome letters, title registrations, statement production, payments and redemptions.
• Carry out regular risk-based activity such as occupancy checks of mortgaged properties.
• Ensure all activity complies with LiveMore policies and procedures and provide feedback for improvement.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and build relationships with internal and external customers.
