Job summary

More2Life, part of the Key Group, is seeking experienced Customer Service Professionals to join the Servicing department in Preston. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, log notes in the CRM, and liaise with servicing teams to resolve customer queries about lifetime mortgages.

Qualifications

• Experience in telephone-based customer service.
• Financial services or mortgage administration experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone support for More2Life customers.
• Log calls and notes on the CRM system.
• Liaise with servicing teams to address customer needs.
• Respond to enquiries in a professional, positive and timely manner.
