Job summary

Just Mortgages in Lincoln is seeking an Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser. You must hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent and will benefit from a fully uncapped commission, a basic salary of £22,000–£28,000, and a guaranteed monthly payment while building your pipeline for up to six months.

You’ll work in a full‑time, office‑based role with a clear career path, ongoing training, a company car or car allowance, a company laptop, and a comprehensive support package to help you deliver

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent is essential.
• Experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
• Right to work in the UK must be evidenced during recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business.
• Follow up on in-branch leads and maximise value from each client.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Collaborate with Estate Agency, Admin, Training, Compliance and Sales teams to streamline processes.
• Provide exceptional client care from start to finish.
